Force India has become the latest Formula 1 team to unveil its new car for the 2017 season.
Following on from Sauber and Renault’s F1 car launches, Force India has now revealed its VJM10 to the world.
The car will be driven this season by Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon, who will be competing in his first full F1 campaign after racing nine times for Manor in 2016.
Last year was Force India’s best in F1 so far, finishing fourth overall after a close fight with Williams and scoring two podiums (both thanks to Perez).
F1 has gone through a major regulations shake-up for the 2017 season, with wider front and rear wings, more aggressive aero and 25% wider tyres.
It certainly gives this year’s cars an imposing look and that’s evident once again on the Force India, which also sports a new livery.
The covers were taken off the VJM10 at a launch event at the Silverstone track.
