While the inaugural Formula E race wasn’t packed full of action, it did end in the most dramatic way imaginable.
Coming into the final corner of the final lap, Nicolas Prost appeared to turn into Nick Heifeld to stop the German from taking the first ever victory in the series. The result was Heidfeld launching over the sausage kerb and into a horrific big air accident, that thankfully he walked away from.
Well that’s one way to get a new series some publicity…
