Rally Argentina didn’t get off to the best start for Citroen Racing on Friday, after Kris Meeke hit a bump and rolled his C3 WRC.
The car looked in pretty bad shape, but the damage was largely cosmetic and Citroen Racing managed to get him back in action on Saturday – albeit some way behind the rest.
That wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible work of the Citroen mechanics and engineers.
Citroen has produced a wonderful timelapse of the Meeke’s car being repaired, cramming three hours of hard work into just 30 seconds.
It gives a great and speedy look at just how much effort it takes to repair a WRC beast, even when the damage is merely cosmetic.
Meeke’s C3 WRC goes from a crumpled mess with a caved in roof to looking good as new in three hours. Mind = blown!
