Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. If this is the case you can get in touch at [email protected] to process this.

All books will be shipped on or before the 5th December 2022 with tracked delivery. You will receive your email with tracking details once the book has been shipped. For UK orders in line with postal delivery times this does guarantee delivery before Christmas. If deliveries are affected by strikes or issues with local postal services due to staff shortages, we are unfortunately unable to help this and this is out of our hands.
International Orders – Import Duty & Fees Disclaimer
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. For all orders shipped by CBL Distribution Limited, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries other than the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees (which are levied once a shipment reaches your country) must comply with them and CBL Distribution Limited cannot be held liable whatsoever for these charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country—you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. To return your product please contact us. Our Returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return reasonable care must be taken to return the goods in the condition received. Ideally this would be returned in the original packaging.
